How can I contact you?
You can email me ([email protected]) through the Contact page or DM via Instagram and Twitter (@estereggz) if you have any questions/concerns. However, I can't guarantee that I see all of my DMs, so email is the best method of contact for me.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Mostly no, but it depends.
If items come extremely damaged please send me pictures with your order number! I can send a replacement if I have the items you ordered in stock. If not, I'll refund you excluding the shipping fee.
Besides that, all sales are final as soon as you checkout. I am not responsible for any damages during shipment. I assure you that I package items as nicely as I can to avoid any mishaps during shipping!

Why is shipping so expensive?
In the past, USPS has increased the cost of their shipping services and as a result, I've had to do the same :(
Please keep in mind that I am just a small business so there's not much I can do about shipping fees. I apologize for any inconvenience!
I haven't received my order for a very long time.
If it has been over a week past your estimated delivery time and you still haven't received your package, please contact me with your order number and I will do what I can to get it sorted out. Delays may be expected due to unforeseen circumstances so I apologize in advance.
